Love this! It arrived fast, heats up really good and targets the area where my upper back meets my neck really well. It gets really sore when it's cold and i tried so many things to soothe it and they didn't work. Not even those hot creams or salonpas.

Seems to work pretty well. It has three different heat settings. You do need to keep it plugged into a charger for it to work, but it's still really practical. Overall, I think it's pretty good.

Arrived exactly as described, good quality, cute design, and really nice fabric. It doesn't come with a power bank, but I bought a 20000mAh one. I did find the green setting (35º) a bit weak, but that's probably just because it's already hot where I live in Northeast Brazil. :)

Pretty good, seems to do what it's supposed to do and warm up the neck area. I think it has 3 heat levels (green, blue, and red) if I'm understanding it right.

got here really fast with no delays. still need to test it out but it looks good. my only question is if i can wash it before using it, since i don't want to ruin the electronics inside. but i'm glad to have it now since i need it for physical therapy. we'll see how it goes and i'll update my review once i actually try it.
