Arrived fast and packaged well, came with a USB-C cable. It feels really soft and seems like good quality. Plugged it in and turned it to the red setting, and it was already warm in like 2-3 minutes—perfect for relaxing my neck and shoulders. You can also lower it to the blue and green settings. Works great—got it for my mom and it warms her neck and shoulders nicely without being too tight. Just FYI, you need a strong USB charger (a 67W one works fine, but an old 1A block won't cut it). It has three settings that change color. Honestly way better than those heavy hot water bottles for your neck that weigh a ton when full. Very happy, definitely recommend.

I don't have a fence so literally anyone or any animal could grab it. It's actually happened before. I try telling them to ring the bell and they just don't get it. Put it in the reading corner with a chair and a blanket and it's the most used spot in the house now. Sixteen slides but the fireplace one is the whole reason to buy it.

runs off any usb port, i have it on the tv's usb so it comes on with the tv. little things like that make it feel built in
