The short version

• We collect only what's needed to get products to your door
• We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We never see your card number — Shopify handles payment
• One email gets you a copy of your data, or deletes it

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought — because packages need destinations. Our payment processor (Shopify) handles your card details on their secure systems; they never touch our servers.

When you browse: standard anonymous analytics (pages visited, rough region, device type) so we know which products people love. If you join the email list, we store your email until you unsubscribe — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services that physically make your order happen: Shopify (checkout + order processing), our shipping partners (they need your address to deliver), and our email provider (to send you order updates). That's the whole list.

Your rights

Want a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion? Email support@thecozyember.com and it's done within 30 days, usually much faster.

Cookies

We use them to remember your cart and keep checkout working — the boring, load-bearing kind, not the follow-you-around-the-internet kind.
