• 30 days from delivery to change your mind
• Item arrived damaged or wrong? We replace it free — no return shipping, just a photo
• Just not feeling it? Email us — unused items in original condition get a full refund

How to start a return

Email support@thecozyember.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong (photos help a lot, especially the dramatic ones). We reply within 24 hours with next steps — no forms, no robots, no “return portal” maze.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (that delay is the banks, not us).

The fine print, kept short

• Wrong size? We'll swap it — email us before sending anything back
• Items need to be unused with packaging intact for change-of-mind returns
• Custom / personalized items (like portraits) can't be returned unless we got them wrong — then we remake or refund, your pick
